Accommodation
Entry to the boat is via the Aft Bathing Platform in decked in Teak, with Swim Ladder, H&C Fresh Water Shower, 12V Outlet and Shore Power Socket. A Gate (with latch) to Starboard gives access to the Aft Cockpit, again Decked in Teak and with a full Canvas Cover. There is a large Lazarette Locker below the Cockpit Floor which exteds down each side of the Engine Bay, and the gas locker to Starboard.
From the Aft Cockpit there is access to the Flybridge via a Port Ladder, to both Side Decks and to the Saloon via a Lockable Sliding Glass Door. There is L-Shaped Seating to Port with Cushions and Table (Removable).
The Flybridge with Closing Hatch to Port has Seating and Table that converts to a Sunpad to Starboard. Further forward is the Double Helm seat and Helm Instruments.
The generous Side Decks, with Stainless Steel Grab Rails lead to the Fore Deck with Full Sunbathing Pad.
The interior is floored in Wood which the owner has covered in a fitted carpet, leaving it in excellent condition. Access to the Engine Bay is under the Saloon Floor. To Port is the U-Shaped Seating Area with Table which converts to a Double Berth, using the Seat Back Cushions. Further Forward and still to Port is a Navigator Seat. To Starboard is the Galley with Double Burner Gas Hob, Oven and Sink. Under the Helm Seat is the Fridge / Freezer. The Single Helm Seat and Helm Position are further forward and still to Starboard. The Windscreen has Washer/Wipers and Heater.
Steps (with Isolator switches) lead down to a Master Bedroom (Double Bed with storage underneath, Lights, Hanging Storage, Portholes with Blinds and Overhead Hatch) in the Bow, Guest Cabin (Twin Bunk Beds) to Port and Heads/Wetroom (Sea Toilet, Sink/Shower, Electric Pump Out, Waste Tank Gauge and Storage) to Starboard
The interior of the boat is heated via Eberspacher Diesel Blown Air Heating.
